About Lasting Impressions of Bay Shore, NY

Established in 1993, Lasting Impressions Photography was the dream of Jennifer Mercurio. From Jennifer's days in high school, her studies revolved around photography. Enrolled in New York's famed School of Visual Arts, she immediately found employment at one of New York's premier studio/ labs. Jennifer continuously honed her skills, working and studying with master photographers.

In 1993, Jennifer decided to take a leap of faith and establish Lasting Impressions Photography Studio in East Rockaway, New York. Since then, as the families of her customers have grown, she has been lucky enough to share the special times with them. From births to communions and beyond.

In 2006 she opened her second location in Babylon Village. Jennifer's one-on-one approach guarantees that you will be completely satisfied. She takes pride in the fact that she personally takes every picture. A consultation before each shoot will guarantee your portrait will truly tell a story. We offer the latest in  digital technology, museum-quality canvases and contemporary acrylic and metal prints.

Most recently, in 2015, the studio has taken up residence in beautiful downtown Bay Shore. The new Bay Shore studio is full of natural light. Natural light photography has made sessions much easier on Jennifer's special needs clients, a niche of her business. Jennifer has devoted the last 6 years of her career to her clients with special needs children, in addition to the typical children she sees yearly.
