I recently had the pleasure of photographing The Maggie Fischer Swim, an inspiring open water swim held to raise funds for a noble cause. Named in honor of Maggie Fisher, this annual event draws a diverse group of dedicated swimmers, all united by their commitment to charity and community spirit. The vibrant energy of the swimmers, the support from the spectators, and the beautiful backdrop of the Firs Island Lighthouse made for an unforgettable morning, highlighting the profound impact that collective effort and generosity can have.
